Some information and guidelines for your support request

  • Please contact us in English only - messages written in another language will remain unanswered as we do offer support in English exclusively.

  • Complimentary product support is available to registered users only who have purchased one of our products within the last 12 months.

  • We do offer support for our products only. We do not offer any general support for problems with Windows, or any other third party software product. Such support requests will remain unanswered.

  • Complimentary (free) support is available to registered users only within 12 months after purchase of a Totalidea Software product. TweakVI subscribers get free support within their active subscription period.

  • We do need a detailed description of your problem in order to offer support and to answer your request. If you do not include enough details to describe your problem, we cannot assist you!

  • Note that support requests are answered in the order they do come in. That means that it is possible that you cannot expect an immediate reply!

  • There is no support available on weekends and business-holidays.

Support is only available online and only through our support center. We do not offer support in any other way, like through Skype, Live Messenger, or similar. There is no phone support available.

Trial / demo version users: please refer to the product help file or our FAQ system. Further product support is available to registered users only. If you have an order or sales related question, please check our FAQ system.

Registered users: please check our FAQ system before you contact us, because most of all common problems are mentioned there with solution suggestions. If your problem is not listed in our FAQs, you may contact us for all support requests regarding your licensed product through our support center, which is accessible at
